If they're cautious around us it may be a pain but it won't be undeserved. [ No, Sasuke remains of the opinion that shinobi have cultivated a reputation and earned it, and he's absolutely self-aware enough to realize that that includes himself and Suigetsu. ]
And I don't know all of it since I haven't had much time to test out my own. Obito informed me of some of the capabilities when I asked, but... Well, I was able to utilize the chakra absorption and Chibaku Tensei, at least, but there's much more.
